No polls before May 2013: Hayat
ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Housing and Works, Faisal Saleh Hayat has said that he is not seeing national elections before May 2013, Geo News reported.
The minister, talking to media after a Pak PWD event here, deemed PTI chief Imran Khan’s embarking upon a political career as positive for it would bring new political horizons in sight.
To a question, he said vested interests are making people leapfrog form one party to the other, adding they are resigning from assemblies only to serve their private political purposes.
“ Their grievances are driving them. Some didn’t get their favourite portfolios, some were not happy with their party leadership for their being downplayed, etc ”, said Hayat.
On the occasion he the housing minister also announced to permanent the Pak PWD’s daily-wage as well as contractee employers
