Brittany Hollis Works the Runway at Fashion Week in London


IMTA alum Brittany Hollis graced the runways during Fashion Week in London. She modeled the cutting-edge designs of the fabulous designer Julien Macdonald. Brittany competed at IMTA in New York City in 2004 and as we can see from these photos is making a big splash on the runways in London!

Alyson Stoner and Brittany Curran at the International Family Film Festival Today

Two young and talented IMTA alums Brittany Curran and Alyson Stoner are starring in films which are being shown today at International Family Film Festival in Hollywood, California. Brittany will be premiering her film Diamond Dog Caper and Alyson Stoner's movie Alice Upside Down will also be shown. The International Family Film Festival invites filmmakers from all over the world to share their family friendly movies at this well respected event. This year marks the 13th anniversary of this exciting event and with two IMTA alums showing their work it promises to be very entertaining as well.

Brittany competed at IMTA and signed with Diane Hardin and Judy Savage. In her movie Diamond Dog Caper Brittany plays the main character's self involved older sister Lilly in this hilarious comedy about diamond thieves and their dog. Brittany's onscreen brother, Owen, finds a dog who belongs to three mean thieves who robbed a diamond store and hid the jewels with the dog. The shenanigans which ensue are hilarious. Brittany's has had several guest spots on television shows such as Shark, The Young and the Restless, Drake and Josh, Power Rangers and Mad TV. Her movie roles include 13 Going on 30 and Akeelah and the Bee which also stars another IMTA alum Sara Niemietz . Brittany has also been in various print ads including KFC, Kraft Post Cereal, AT & T, Suave and Chevy. She recently wrapped Legally Blondes and The Adventures of Food Boy.
Alyson Stoner is starring in the movie Alice Upside Down which is showing tonight at the International Family Film Festival. Alyson stars as the 11 year old Alice McKinley in this coming to age drama about a teenage girl who is mourning the death of her mother. Her life gets upheaved when her father decides to move to a new town and buy a store. To deal with the difficulties she is facing she escapes into a vivid fantasy life which sometimes gets her into trouble. Through trial, tribulation and a lot of family support, Alice grows to accept the realities of her new life Alyson competed at IMTA in New York City in 2000 and has been a working actress ever since. She is also an extremely talented dancer and is a member of a dance group called the JammXKids. She starred in Cheaper by the Dozen, is the voice of Holly Hobbie in the dvd's Holly Hobbie and Friends, of KidRat in the Garfield movie, of Victoria in the movie Lilo and Stitch: The Series and can be heard currently on Disney as the voice of as Isabel in Phineas and Ferb, co- hosted Mike's Super Short Show, and guest starred on Zack and Cody, Drake and Josh, W.I.T.C.H., Thats So Raven, and Step Up. Alyson recently wrapped the much anticipated Disney movie called Camp Rock which will be released this summer.

Sean Faris in Never Back Down

Sean Faris is starring in a new movie called Never Back Down which was produced by Summit Entertainment and is due out on March 14. This movie tells the story of a teenager who gets into an underground fight club at his new school. Sean plays Jake, a new and unpopular teen in town. When he he hooks up with the local martial arts master and learns self defense, he protects not only himself but also the geeks from the bullies. Along the way, he also learns many other important life skills such as patience, discipline, and maturity.

Sean competed at IMTA in 1999 and won Junior Male Model of the Year and he has been working in the industry ever since. Currently Sean is filming the lead role in The Glass Eye which he is also producing with his manager Dino May. Some of his past projects include motion picture Pearl Harbor, Brooklyn to Manhattan, the TV show Reunion, the cult classic Life as We Know It, the feature film Forever Strong and Sleepover with two IMTA alums, Kallie Childress and Mika Boorem. He has been featured in several memorable campaigns and magazines, including Abercrombie & Fitch, GQ, Teen Vogue and Armani. Eva Longoria on the Cover on InStyle Magazine!

Eva Longoria is featured on the cover of the new issue of InStyle Magazine. In a feature article called "No Hang-Ups" she talks about her love of fashion and shoes, and whats in her own closet. She currently spends time in both Texas and Los Angeles where she is continuing filming of her fabulous role as Gabrielle Solis on every one's favorite drama Desperate Housewives.

Eva, an IMTA alum from 1998, is starring in the romantic comedy Over Her Dead Body in theaters now. The story stars Eva as a bride named Kate who accidentally gets killed on her wedding day. When her ex-fiance Henry (Paul Rudd) falls in love with a psychic, Eva haunts them to try to keep them apart. Even though she is a very busy lady, Eva finds time to do charity work. She attends benefits, appears in public service announcements for causes such as breast and ovarian cancer and started her own charity, Eva's Heroes which helps those with developmental disabilities. Jessica White's new Maybelline commercial debuts!


IMTA alum Jessica White's new Maybelline commercial is airing now! Maybelline New York announced Jessica White as their newest spokesmodel in December and the first of her ads have started appearing! Look for the ensemble ad featuring Jessica White in a beauty spot for Mineral Power Maybelline's newest natural perfecting powder foundation. Jessica smiles in a gorgeous closeup that highlights her beautiful healthy glow.

Jessica competed at IMTA in 1999 and signed with a modeling agency. She moved to Paris soon after competing at IMTA. She has modeled for Gap, Chloe, Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren's Polo, Covergirl and was featured in five Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issues. Most recently, Jessica appeared in the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show on CBS for her second consecutive appearance.

Life of Riley debuts new song!

Riley competed at IMTA in 1997 and won Male Model of the Year for his division! Riley is an accomplished actor. You may have seen him in Drive, CSI, Women's Murder Club, Criminal Minds or in the feature films Radio, New York Minute, Not Another Teen Movie or Motocrossed. Riley is what is known in the industry as a triple threat; talented as an actor, singer/musician and model!

IMTA Models in New York Fashion Week!

Several IMTA alumni models appeared on the runways for top designers during the recent Fashion Week held in New York city. The Fall 2008 collections were presented February 1 -8 in Bryant Park. The press, buyers and fashion insiders saw the debut of the Fall lines from fashion's greatest houses including Max Azria, Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, Badgley Mishka, Vera Wang, Nicole Miller, Betsey Johnson, Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein.

Kyle Lowder Nominated for Soap Opera Spirit Award!


IMTA alum Kyle Lowder has been nominated for 'Outstanding Male Actor in a New Role or Recast' by TV Guide Canada's First Annual Soap Opera Spirit Award . These awards recognize the best actors, writers, and production, recognizing talent that has contributed to the daytime TV art form. Winners will be chosen by the editors of TV Guide Canada, and will be announced on Today on TVGuide.ca. The Soap Opera Spirit Awards has 17 categories to acknowledge and award the industry.

Just last season, Kyle joined the cast of the hit daytime drama The Bold & The Beautiful! Playing Rick Forrester, Kyle is actually resuming a role that was originally played by another IMTA alum, Justin Torkildsen who played the character for four years.

Kyle is excited about his return to daytime television. "It's one of the things that I really missed about my life, was the grind of Daytime. It kept me busy. I'm someone who loves to stay busy," he said. "Once you've done this grind it's hard to do anything else because it keeps you busy and it's such a great time." "I'm on an amazing show and I get to keep doing what I'm doing musically," said Kyle. "I've been very blessed, and again, I don't take one day of it for granted."

Kyle came to IMTA and was the IMTA Male Model of the Year in 2000. He was scouted and trained by the renowned TOMORROW TALENT of New York City. Kyle made a great impression at IMTA because he was a triple threat; proficient in modeling, acting and singing. He was also the Most Sought After Male Model at IMTA that year. Amy Acker on October Road Tonight!

Amy Acker is starring on her second episode of the hit series Octber Road in an episode called Hat? No Hat?. Owen, one of the lead characters, goes on a date with Jenny Bristol, the beer delivery girl who saved his life, played by Amy. This episode of October Road will be available on ABC.com the day after airing on the network for users to watch online.




Amy has been very busy since competing at IMTA in the early 1990's. Her breakthrough role was on the hit series Angel where she portrayed Winifred "Fred" Burkle. She went on to have a recurring role as Kelly Peyton in another hit television show Alias. She has starred in feature films such as The Perfect Man with another IMTA alum Aria Wallace and on TV, guest starring on another successful IMTA alum, Lyndsey Fonseca's hit show How I Met Your Mother, on Ghost Whisperer and in Law and Order Criminal Intent.

Amy does the voiceover for the character "The Huntress" in USA's popular children's cartoon the Justice League and she recently wrapped the television movie Fire and Ice. In this show, she stars as Princess Luise in a story about working with her prince to slay an evil dragon.

Stephan Bender in Dream Boy!

Stephan Bender is starring in the film Dream Boy which will be premiering at Berlinale Film Festival, one of the largest film festivals in the world. There were only three American films to be invited to the Panorama, the most prestigious portion of the festival and the opening of the event and Dream Boy was one of them!





At the Los Angeles, 2005 IMTA Convention there was lots of excitement and talk amongst the agents, managers and casting directors in attendance about how great it was that the new Superman, Brandon Routh (IMTA 1999) was from IMTA. One very astute manager noticed a young actor named Stephan Bender in the competitions who reminded him of Brandon Routh. He signed him and then called the casting office for Superman Returns and said,"I have your Superman at fifteen." Stephan came in to meet with Bryan Singer and he got the part! Now both IMTA alums are part of Hollywood history.

Farah Fath Heart Awareness on One Life to Live!


IMTA alum Farah Fath is a central character to a special Heart Awareness marathon on her daytime drama One Life to Live! ABC has partnered with Campbell's soup to celebrate having a heart healthy life! Farah's character, Gigi, will be attending an American Heart Association fundraiser called the 'Go Red Ball' wearing a special red dress. The storyline features Farah's character as the hit of the ball! The story arc began on Monday and will culminate in a special five hour One Life to Live Marathon: Secrets Exposed which will air Sunday, February 17th!

Farah competed at IMTA twice, once as a young child and then again as a teenager. When she competed the second time, she said she was ready to take business seriously! She wowed the agents and managers and was signed. When she went to Los Angeles to audition for a role on Days of Our Lives she got the job on her very first try! Farah became a star on the show, playing Mimi Lockhart on the series for eight years. She joined the cast of One Life to Live in the Fall of 2007 and has become a favorite cast member of the hit daytime drama.

Dominic Janes in Dexter now out on DVD!

IMTA alum Dominic Janes is starring in a recurring role on the forensic crime drama Dexter which airs Sundays on CBS. The first season is being released on DVD today! Dominic plays young Dexter, the lead character as a child, in this show about a man who during the day works for the police department. His dark side comes out at night as he becomes a vigilante, tracking down and seeking revenge on the serial killers that he looks for during the day. This show is based on the novels Darkly Dreaming Dexter, Dearly Devoted Dexter and Dexter in the Dark by Jeff Lindsay.

Dominic competed at IMTA in Los Angeles in 2004 and signed with Rising Talent Management. His first movie role was in the comedy Wild Hogs, he starred on the hit drama ER for two seasons and appeared in Crossing Jordan.

He is currently starring in the hit show Out of Jimmy's Head on Cartoon Network. This show is a cutting-edge combination of live actors working with cartoons and stars another IMTA alum Jon Kent Etheridge.

Jill Wagner in Blade: The Series out on DVD!


IMTA alum Jill Wagner is Krista Starr in Blade: The Series which is released on DVD today! This sci- fi show features the adventures of a half-human half-vampire and was based on a Marvel comic book and movie of the same name. The show was nominated for a LEO award for Best Visual Effects in a Dramatic Series in 2007.

Jill competed at IMTA in Los Angeles in 2001 where she won Female Model of the Year. She played an operative on fellow IMTA alum Ashton Kutcher's hilarious show Punk'd. In 2003 when she was a field agent on the show, she punk'd Katie Holmes, yet another IMTA alum! Her television roles include turns in series such as Monk, Dr. Vegas, as Larrin in Stargate Atlantis and she starred in the independent films Junebug and Shifted. She is the spokesmodel on a continuing series of Lincoln-Mercury commercials. Jill recently completed filming the horror film Splinter which is about a young couple and an escaped convict who must find a way to work together to survive when they are trapped in an isolated gas station by a viscous Splinter parasite.

Chris Olivero on Kyle XY

IMTA alum Chris Olivero is starring in a new episode of ABC's popular show Kyle XY. Chris plays Declan McDonough, Kyle's best friend. Declan is a popular kid who is trying to deal with the tragic death of his brother. In this science fiction show, a family takes in a formerly institutionalized teenager (Kyle XY) who does not experience normal human feelings such as anger, joy and love. Furthermore, he does not have a belly button.

Chris' break through role was as the son of the President of the United States in the enormously popular Fox series 24. He competed at IMTA in LA in 1998 where he won MOST SOUGHT AFTER MALE MODEL/ACTOR, which means he had the most callbacks. He has appeared in the movie Air Force One and guest-starred on Ghost Whisperer, CSI:Miami, Line of Fire, Boston Public, NCIS and Once and Again. Adrianne Palicki is on Fire in Friday Night Lights!

IMTA alum Adrianne Palicki has been receiving much praise for her role as Tyra Colette in season two of the hit NBC series Friday Night Lights! This amazing show received a Peabody Award, three Emmy nominations and won two, one of which was for Outstanding Casting for a Drama Series in it's very first season. It was also nominated for awards by the Image Awards and the Teen Choice Awards! Entertainment Weekly raved about the show: " the fantastic football drama ...will win cheers from diehards and new fans alike". The show is about a small town in Texas, called Dillon, where only one night matters: Friday Night. It uses this small town backdrop to deal with contemporary problems that many Americans are facing. The story
revolves around all the players, coaches, students, families and towns people, how important it is that the town's high school football team, the Dillon Panthers win, the conflicts that arise between everyone, and the excitement it creates. Tonight's epsiode will reveal whether the football team can still win without their lead player, Smash, who is suspended for the rest of the season.
Adrianne competed at IMTA in New York City in 2001 and was signed by an agent. During an interview with the IMTA Video Crew, she said,"It was amazing. I love IMTA. I'm so sad it's over." She went on to work in both film and television. Her first feature-film was 7 Mummies, she starred as Judy Robinson in the television pilot The Robinsons: Lost in Space, and she had a much larger role in the feauture film Popstar. Her television credits include guest appearances on Smallville, CSI, North Shore, South Beach and Supernatural. She was recently named one of Maxim magazine's Hot 100 of 2007 list. Happy Birthday Ashton Kutcher!!



Happy Birthday Ashton!

Ashton has been very busy with his production company, Katalyst. They are in the midst of casting and producing a new show called Game Show in My Head. The contestants will be fitted with an earpiece, which they will receive instructions from requesting them to do odd and shocking tasks in public. If they follow the directions they win money if they choose not to follow the directions they lose.

Kutcher recently wrapped two films, Personal Effects with Michelle Pfeiffer and Kathy Bates and What Happens in Vegas with Cameron Diaz. He competed at IMTA in 1997 where he won the title of "Most Sought After Male Model!" Ashton had the most callbacks of any male model that year. He signed immediately with NEXT MODELS and began appearing in men's fashion week shows within two days of competing at IMTA! He famously said,"I never even went home!" Ashton was a very successful model and his agent submitted him for consideration of a new Fox television show called Teenage Wasteland. Ashton was cast in the part of Kelso and the title was changed to That 70's Show and the rest is part of Hollywood history! Some of his many projects include the movies The Butterfly Effect, Dude, Where's My Car?, The Guardian, Guess Who, Open Season, My Boss's Daughter and Bobby and he was just named as the new face for Pepe Jeans. Ashton’s talent, keen sense of humor, likability has made him an A-list actor and he has become one of the industry's most successful and creative producers. Jessica Biel on the cover of the Hollywood Issue of Vanity Fair

Jessica Biel is gracing the cover of a very special issue of Vanity Fair in March. It is called The Hollywood issue because it features the top "freshest faces" of actresses working in Hollywood today! This issue celebrates not only the talented actresses but 14 years of famed photographer Annie Leibovitz's unbelievable gatefold cover photographs and clothing designed by John Galliano for Dior especially for this shoot!

Jessica impressed the talent managers and scouts when she competed at IMTA in 1994. Her first big role was as Mary Camden on the incredibly popular WB series 7th Heaven. She has gone on to star in many major motion pictures such as I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry, The Illusionist, Stealth, Elizabethtown, Home of the Brave and Next. She recently wrapped two films A Women of No Importance and Powder Blue. Jessica is currently filming a movie based on a Noel Coward play called Easy Virtue. It is about a divorced American woman who meets her new English in-laws after marrying their son. Jessica is not only talented and beautiful she has a big heart as well. One of the charities Jessica supports is the nonprofit, no kill Much Love Animal Rescue organization which works to reduce overpopulation and mistreatment of domestic animals. Alyson Stoner in Phineas and Ferb!

IMTA alum Alyson Stoner is in a new animated Disney Channel comedy called Phineas and Ferb. This series was created by veterans of Family Guy and The Simpsons. Alyson is the voice of Isabella in this funny show about three kids who are on summer vacation. They are very creative with household objects, create fun things to do in each episode and have a pet platypus who leads a double life as a spy.

Alyson competed at IMTA in New York City in 2000 and has been a working actress ever since. She is an extremely talented dancer and is a member of a dance group called the JammXKids.
