Alyson Stoner is starring in the movie Alice Upside Down which is premiering this Saturday October 6. Alyson stars as the 11 year old Alice McKinley in this coming to age drama about a teenage girl who is mourning the death of her mother. Her life gets upheaved when her father decides to move to a new town and buy a store. To deal with the difficulties she is facing she escapes into a vivid fantasy life which sometimes gets her into trouble. Through trial, tribulation and a lot of family support, 
Alice grows to accept the realities of her new life.Alyson competed at IMTA in New York City in 2000 and has been a working actress ever since. She is also an extremely talented dancer and is a member of a dance group called the JammXKids. She starred in Cheaper by the Dozen, is the voice of Holly Hobbie in the dvd's Holly Hobbie and Friends, of KidRat in the Garfield movie, of Victoria in the movie Lilo and Stitch: The Series and most recently as Isabel in Phineas and Ferb, co- hosted Mike's Super Short Show, and guest starred on Zack and Cody, Drake and Josh, W.I.T.C.H., Thats So Raven, and Step Up.
Alyson is currently working on a Disney movie called Camp Rock. This film tells the story of a teenage girl who really wants to spend her summer at a prestigious rock camp. The catch is she can only attend if she works in the kitchen as one of the cooks. At one point in the movie a teen pop star at the camp hears her singing but does not know it is her. When it is discovered it is her character Caitlyn, she has to overcome her fear to sing in public. This movie is set for releases in early 2008 and we can't wait to see it and to see and Alice Upside Down!
