IMTA alum Hector Bucio made his debut appereance this fall as a Disney Movie Surfer on the Disney channel!! On the Disney Movie Surfers segments, teenagers go behind the scenes of Walt Disney/Pixar films in videos that are periodically shown following Disney movies and shows. Bucio is currently featured interviewing his own favorite actor George Lopez in the Movie Surfers video of Beverly Hills Chihuahua.Check out Hector in action with Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron in High School Musical 3: Senior Year! Hector competed at IMTA in New York City in 2005. Hector received a lot of interest from the talent agents and managers who were at the convention scouting for new talent. He signed with Hines and Hunt Management and Coast to Coast in Los Angeles. He has had guest appearances on television in Just Jordan, the Heather Locklear pilot Women of a Certain Age and Zoey 101. Hector has appeared in various national ad campaigns for Old Navy, Chevy Tahoe, JC Penney, Coca-Cola, Sears and T-Mobile.
Hector is currently working on a new interactive web series called In2ition. Tubefilter News describes the show: “For nearly 150 years, The Program has pursued its secret mission to identify and develop the ‘abilities’ of individuals with paranormal powers. This is the introduction to In2ition, the new interactive supernatural conspiracy thriller from Take 180, which has produced three original web series since its soft launch in July.
