Eva is world-famous for playing the pivotal character Gabrielle Solis in ABC's hit series Desperate Housewives. This Season is set five years in the future after the events of Season Four. Eva's character, Gabrielle—a former model—has become a mother. In this plot twist, she has evolved from glamorous model to a housewife who cares for her blind husband and their two daughters.
Eva competed at IMTA in 1998 and had 38 agencies and managers interested in representing her! She signed with a manager she had met at the convention. Eva told Pageantry Magazine that, “The first day they signed me I had four auditions...It was pretty fast.” Eva is currently appearing in a new ad campaign for the computer giant Microsoft!! Over her career she has been in numerous magazines, movie and television shows and even has her own charity called Eva's Hero's!
