Lyndsy competed at IMTA in 2003 where she won 2nd Runner up for Young Miss Dancer of the Year and Honorable Mention Young Miss Talent of the Year. At the convention she signed with an agent and manager and moved to Los Angeles for her first pilot season at age 13. The following year, at 14, Lyndsy booked a three year contract for the role of Colleen on The Young and the Restless.
In an interview with IMTA , Lyndsy said, "IMTA was a lot of fun. It's how I imagine college might be - where you room with a bunch of other girls and then go off to classes together. Only one year after IMTA, I was offered a contract with Y&R!" When the contract ended Lynsdy worked on various projects such as: Heroes, Close to Home, The Beautiful Ordinary, How I Met Your Mother, Phil of the Future, Big Love, Intellectual Property, Waterfront, Cyber Seduction, I Do, They Don't, Malcolm in the Middle, and Boston Public. Lyndsy also shot several national commercials.
On Sunday, Lyndsy will also be starring in an all new episode of Desperate Housewives with another IMTA alum, Eva Longoria. Look for an update on That IMTA Blog on Sunday morning for more information!
