Regine Nehy stars as Jacquie in the MTV film Super Sweet Sixteen: The Movie which released this week on DVD. The film is about two best friends who share the same birthday which they always celebrated together. After a big fight they end up competing when celebrating their Sweet Sixteen. Regine is currently filming the film Lakeview Terrace with another IMTA alum Ashton Kutcher. Since competing at IMTA, Regine signed with Dino May Management and Kazarian/Spencer & Associates and
she has been a very busy working actress. She has starred in the the film Pride about a swim team overcoming numerous obstacles to become state champions. She guest starred as Chayenne Wood on the hit drama Grey's Anatomy. Her credits also include the Lifetime network movie Fighting the Odds: The Marilyn Gambrell Story, which aired Tuesday June 19, and a starring role in the independent feature Weapons which co-stars IMTA alum Riley Smith. Nehy just wrapped Boot Camp a thriller about a group of troubled teens sent to a rehab camp on Fiji that turns out to be boot camp where they are abused and brainwashed.
