Eva Longoria and the rest of the Desperate Housewives cast attended the launch party marking the release of the Season 2 DVD! The Desperate Housewives: The Complete Second Season; Extra Juicy Edition features expanded scenes and never-before-seen scenes involving Eva's character Gabrielle. "When you really look at the DVD, and specifically Gabrielle's storyline and Gabrielle's arc, there was so much there. This was definitely the best work I've ever done in my life," she told AP Television. The DVD will be released nation-wide August 29th.
Eva competed at IMTA in 1998 and met and signed with her first manager there. She received 38 callbacks at IMTA which motivated her to stay in L.A. and give acting a try. One special memory of Eva at IMTA is during Award’s night when she cheered so enthusiastically for the winners of her division. She was supportive of the other contestants and seemed as if she wanted them to win as much as she wanted to win herself.
