Haley Bennett at theTeen Choice Awards!

Haley Bennett walked the red carpet at the Teen Choice Awards and she looked fabulous! Haley will co-star in the upcoming feature film Music and Lyrics By with Drew Barrymore and Hugh Grant. Haley competed at IMTA in 2001 where she met she met her agents, Mara Santino and Ryan Daly with Kazarian, Spencer & Associates. IMTA Inside Scoop? Mara and Ryan were representing another IMTA alum, Brandon Routh, when he got Superman Returns!

Haley recently returned to IMTA to present awards to the current IMTA contestants and was incredibly nice and well-spoken. It was great to see her again and we are all looking forward to the February, 2007 release of her movie! Haley is definitely one to watch!

Jessica Biel on EW's Must List!

Entertainment Weekly magazine published The Must List -Ten Things We Love This Week in the latest issue (#894, September 1, 2006). And the number one? Jessica Biel's film The Illusionist!!! Elle, The New York Times, Rolling Stone and USA Today have all praised the film.

Jessica competed at IMTA in Los Angeles in 1994 where she debuted her acting, singing and dancing abilities. She signed with an agent and manager who helped her land the role of Mary Camden on the popular WB series, Seventh Heaven. The Illusionist is Jessica's eleventh feature film.

Zhanna Model for IMG!

Zhanna recently returned to IMTA as a VIP guest speaker. She addressed the latest group of IMTA contestants saying,"Learn a lot about the modeling industry. This is the place to do it!"

Zhanna is a very popular international model for IMG. She has appeared in tons of fashion magazines including Nylon, Teen Vogue and Jane. She has also modeled in many designer fashion shows including Genart, Daryl K and Michael Soheil. Zhanna competed at IMTA two years ago and has been a working model ever since!

Eva Longoria, The Emmy Awards, and Jane!

Eva Longoria was a presenter at The 58th Annual Emmy Awards which aired live last night on NBC. She looked stunning in a white dress that is sure to land her on the best-dressed lists! You can also find Eva on the cover on the September issue of Jane magazine!

Eva competed at IMTA in Los Angeles in 1998. She received 38 callbacks and signed with theatrical agent who encouraged her to move to L.A. and the rest is Hollywood history!

Model Rachel Olsen books designer show!

International model Rachel Olsen is in Taipei and she just booked the Burberry show! Rachel competed at the New York, 2005 IMTA. She was 1st Runner-Up for Junior Miss Model of the Year and signed with several agencies throughout the world. Looks like they couldn't have picked a hotter model!

Joseph Castanon does it again!

Joseph Castanon booked a guest-starring role on a new CBS primetime series that will air this Fall! He will appear in Shark starring James Woods and Jeri Ryan. The show is getting great buzz so be sure to put it on your must-see list!

Joseph Castanon competed at the New York IMTA Convention in 2004 and signed with Martin Weiss Management and Abrams Artists Agency. Joseph played Adam Sandler's son in the hit film Click which came out in June.

Ashton Kutcher on the cover of Details!

We don't usually feature the same person two days in a row but this cover is too good to wait! The September issue of Details has a great photo of Ashton Kutcher on the cover. Ashton Kutcher wins Teen Choice Award!

The 2006 Teen Choice Awards aired live last night on Fox and Ashton Kutcher won for Choice TV Personality for his MTV series Punk'd. Congratulations Ashton! This is his third year in a row to win a TCA! The photo above is from his win in 2005.

Ashton competed at IMTA in 1997 where he won Most Sought After Male Model. After his win, he interviewed with our video crew and said,"If you want to be a model, actor, singer or dancer, IMTA is the place to be! I'm on the top of my world right now!" He signed immediately with a top men's fashion agency and began modeling in men's fashion shows the very next week after IMTA! IMTA Insider info??? When Ashton was auditioning for That 70's show...the planned title was Teenage Wasteland!

Alyson Stoner in Step Up !

Alyson Stoner stars in the feature film Step Up! Alyson plays the role of Camille, Channing Tatum's little sister. You can see the trailer here! It's a great dancing movie and it's now playing at a theatre near you! The premiere was Wednesday night and Alyson was on the red carpet being interviewed about the film!

That's quite a change...Usually, Alyson is the one conducting the interview! As the co-host of Disney Channel's Mike's Supershort Show, Alyson interviews stars and directors to showcase upcoming Disney dvd releases. Alyson also has a recurring role as Max on The Suite Life.

Alyson competed at IMTA in 2000 and won Child Model of the Year! IMTA insider scoop?? Alyson is from the same training center as another famous IMTA alum, Katie Holmes!

International Model Melanie Campbell !

Melanie Campbell competed at IMTA in 1999 in New York. She is a very successful international model appearing in the Italian magazine Grazia, as well as in Seventeen magazine, Gadabout and Jiwon Park.

Eva Longoria on the cover of Glamour!

The September Issue of Glamour magazine is on newstands now! It's the annual Supersize Special Issue about looking and feeling good at every age and an IMTA alum represents the 30's! Eva Longoria shares the cover with Sheryl Crow and Emmy Rossum. Along with the cover, she appears in the magazine with a two-page spread and a great interview! "I embrace being considered 'the Latin actress'. Just so long as I'm not considered 'the bad actress'!" Rest assured, Eva...you're a great actress!

Elijah Wood Bobby in Entertainment Weekly

The Fall Movie Preview issue of Entertainment Weekly is on newstands now! This comprehensive guide profiles upcoming feature films and Eljiah is in the November section twice! His film Bobby with Lindsay Lohan, Anthony Hopkins, and Demi Moore got a great write-up! The opposing page features the animated film Happy Feet, for which Elijah is the lead voice talent! Two great Elijah films to look forward to this Fall!

Elijah competed at IMTA when he was just eight years old. His naturalness and charm, along with his acting abilities impressed manager Al Onorato who signed him and got his career started. One of Elijah's first castings was as the boy in Paula Abdul's video Forever Your Girl. Elijah has appeared in over 45 feature films, including the Academy Award Winning Lord of the Rings trilogy.

Katie Holmes Dawson's Creek Marathon

Enjoy a 12 hour marathon of Dawson's Creek on The N channel. Starting Monday night at 6pm, they will air a 12 hour marathon...12 straight hours of the best teen drama ever! Katie Holmes plays Joey Potter in the WB classic!

Katie competed at IMTA in 1996 and 1993. She caught the eye of manager Al Onorato who got her career started. In 1997, Kate came back to IMTA to present Awards to the current winners and she debuted the pilot to Dawson's Creek! She gave IMTA a wonderful interview where she said ,"Let's just say a girl from Toledo doesn't get cast in a Hollywood movie if it weren't for the IMTA!"

Jessica Biel in the current issue of Time!

Look for a very cute article on Jessica Biel featured in the People section of Time magazine. The August 14th issue has a Q & A about Jessica's new film The Illusionist. In the film, Jessica plays a 19th century duchess. "Keira Knightley may be dying to get out of corsets, but I'm dying to get into one," Jessica says when asked what she thought about trading action films for corseting.

Jessica Biel competed at IMTA in 1994 when she was just eleven years old! She received a number of awards and won a very prestigious scholarship. She got the role of Mary Camden on the beloved series Seventh Heaven. She has appeared in numerous feature films including Elizabethtown, Stealth, and Blade: Trinity. In 2005, Esquire Magazine named her the "Sexiest Woman Alive!"

Beautiful inside and out, Jessica is active in many charities and is a very nice, likable smart young woman and a great actress! Her striking good looks and wide range of talent make her one of young Hollywood's most popular stars.

Eva Longoria at DVD launch party!

Eva Longoria and the rest of the Desperate Housewives cast attended the launch party marking the release of the Season 2 DVD! The Desperate Housewives: The Complete Second Season; Extra Juicy Edition features expanded scenes and never-before-seen scenes involving Eva's character Gabrielle. "When you really look at the DVD, and specifically Gabrielle's storyline and Gabrielle's arc, there was so much there. This was definitely the best work I've ever done in my life," she told AP Television. The DVD will be released nation-wide August 29th.

One special memory of Eva at IMTA is during Award’s night when she cheered so enthusiastically for the winners of her division. She was supportive of the other contestants and seemed as if she wanted them to win as much as she wanted to win herself.

Zach Roerig in Inturn!

Zach Roerig is one of the featured actors starring in the As The World Turns companion online reality series Inturn. The series follows eight participants as they move into a loft in Brooklyn, N.Y. and undergo a series of challenges, such as screen tests, cold readings and awkward prop challenges that will ultimately lead to five contestants being voted out by a group of judges. Check out the first episode here . Zach opens the show! He is heavily featured in episode six as well . It's a fascinating look at the life of daytime actor and it's only on the internet!

Zach has the perfect personality for this kind of show! Witty, handsome and talented, Zach competed at 2003 Los Angeles IMTA Convention. He signed with Thomas Harding Jones and auditioned and got the role of Casey Hughes! Zach recently made a SPECIAL VIP APPEARANCE at the Talent and All That Jazz IMTA Awards show where he addressed the crowd and wished them all luck!

Brooke Burns on Last Call with Carson Daly

Did you catch last night's Last Call with Carson Daly? Brooke Burns was the scheduled guest. You may remember Brooke from Pepper Dennis which aired this spring on the WB (you can still catch reruns of that great show on Sundays on the WB!).

Brooke competed at IMTA in the early nineties and started a successful modeling career. She crossed over into acting with her breakthrough role on Baywatch Hawaii. She hosted the game show Dog Eat Dog as well as appearing in North Shore and Just Shoot Me. She starred in the hit film Shallow Hal with Jack Black and Gwyneth Paltrow.

Sean Faris in Forever Strong!

Sean Faris plays Rick, the lead character, in the feature film Forever Strong. The film is about a troubled young man who loses his position as the star of an Arizona Rugby team after being sentenced to a boy's home in Salt Lake. Based on a true story, he finds himself playing in the national championships against his old team (which is coached by his Dad!). It sounds like a great script and Sean is the perfect actor to play the role! Shooting now on location in Salt Lake City, the film will be released in Fall, 2007. Sean competed at IMTA in 1999 where he won Junior Male Model of the Year. He started modeling immediately and was featured in memorable campaigns including Abercrombie & Fitch and Armani. Sean successfully transitioned into acting and starred on television in Life As We Know It and Reunion. He also starred in the feature films, Sleepover (with two other IMTA alums, Kallie Childress and Mika Boorem) and in Yours, Mine and Ours (with IMTA alum Mateo Arias).

Lauren Storm and Jeremy Kissner on Flight 29 Down!

Discovery Kids is airing season two of the hit family series Flight 29 Down. The show stars two IMTA alumni as part of the cast. Jeremy Kissner and Lauren Storm star as series regulars Eric and Taylor. The series was nominated for a Young Artists Award in the category of Best Family Television Series (Drama). The series is the story of seven kids lost on a deserted island in the Pacific.

Lauren Storm came to the New York 1999 IMTA Convention. Lauren describes her IMTA experience, saying, “I ended up getting a lot of response from theatrical agencies and was asked to relocate to LA for pilot season. I tried it out for 6 months and got my first job, so I stayed a little longer and booked again.” That was six years ago, and she’s been working steadily ever since.

Jeremy James Kissner, who plays Eric, competed at IMTA in 1995. Jeremy has been in numerous television guest appearances and feature film roles including AI: Artificial Intelligence, Great Expectations, Melrose Place and Touched by an Angel.

Tyson Ballou for Louis Vuitton

Have you seen these gorgeous ads for LV? Tyson looks amazing in this campaign. He has modeled constantly since competing at IMTA in 1996 where he signed originally with the Ford Agency and then with IMG. Tyson is one of the most important male models in the world! He has appeared in print for Jil Sander, Emporio Armani, Moschino, Perry Ellis, Donna Karan and Hugo Boss. He has also appeared internationally on the covers of major fashion magazines including a cover for L'Uomo Vogue with Kate Moss.

Taylor Boggan on The Closer!

Set your tivo's for Monday night to catch the all-new episode of The Closer! Taylor plays a boy who thinks he has killed his friend in this exciting show. Taylor competed at IMTA in 2004 where he met his managers Ed Goldstone and Debbie Entin of Rising Talent Management. Taylor moved to L.A. where he started booking roles right away! You may have seen Taylor on Summerland or Judging Amy. He also appeared in the feature films, Lost with Dean Cain and Exodus.

Taylor presented a seminar with his mom and managers during the recent IMTA Convention. They shared tons of great information about being part of the industry along with a very informative question and answer time.
