IMTA's Josh Duhamel in Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon

IMTA alum Josh Duhamel's stars in the new movie Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon. Josh reprises his role as the handsome and capable Captian William Lennox in this exciting new film. This highly anticpated third installment of Transformers finds Josh fighting a very heroic war to save mankind. This film is scheduled to hit theaters on July 1, 2011.

Josh attended IMTA in 1997, has also been working on an untitled comedy feature comprised of short comedy segments with a huge cast of Hollywood stars, including Kristen Bell, Liev Schrieber, Richard Gere, Chloe Moretz, Justin Long, Hugh Jackson, Uma Thurman and Kate Bosworth, and fellow IMTA alum Seann William Scott! Other projects on tap for Duhamel include a comedy for Disney entitled What’s He Got?, and Sympathy for the Devil, a thriller co-starring Samuel L. Jackson.

Josh competed at the same IMTA Convention as Ashton Kutcher in 1997. After winning Male Model of the Year, Josh went on to star on the popular television series Las Vegas and in feature films such as When In Rome, Ramona and Beezus, Life as We Know It, and the Transformers series!

Emma Ostilly Models the Latest Fashions!

Emma Ostilly competed at IMTA in 2009 where she won 1st runner up Model of the Year 2009 and signed with Wilhelmina! Since IMTA, Emma has been featured in numerous fashion ads and magazines. Emma has modeled for Aeropostale, Victoria's Secret Swimwear and many international fashion designers. More of Emma's photoshoots and pictures can be found on Wilhelmina.com.

Lyndsy Fonseca Photoshoot with Tyler Shields!

IMTA alum Lyndsy Fonseca gracefully danced during her recent photo shoot Tyler Shields shot in the desert and wind turbines. Shields described the shoot saying, “Lyndsy Fonseca and I went out into 70 mile an hour wind for this shoot. We both left beaten up she was bruised and bleeding but man did we have fun!”

When Lyndsy competed at IMTA in 2003, she won 2nd Runner up for Young Miss Dancer of the Year and Honorable Mention Young Miss Talent of the Year! Lyndsy has starred in the feature films Hot Tub Time Machine, Fort McCoy, The Ward and Kick Ass. She is starring in the hit TV show Nikita and currently working on the action sequel Kick-Ass 2: Balls to the Wall.

Elijah Wood Stars in New Beastie Boys Video!

Beastie Boys' released a new short film for "Fight For Your Right - Revisited" in anticipation of their upcoming album titled Hot Sauce Committee Pt. 2. The first single "Make Some Noise" from the new Beastie Boys album is an extension of the short film.

Elijah Wood stars in the project as one of the Beastie Boys alongside Seth Rogen and Danny McBride to complete the trio. The music video and short film was directed by original Beastie Boy Adam "MCA" Yauch. Many hollywood celebrities are featured in the video, such as Rainn Wilson, Steve Buscemi, Will Arnett, Kirsten Dunst, Susan Sarandon, Stanley Tucci, Will Ferrell, Jack Black, John C. Reilly and Jason Schwartzman.

Elijah Wood attended IMTA in 1989! Since competing at IMTA, Elijah has been cast in numerous feature films such as Forever Young, The Good Son, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Everything is Illuminated and the Lord of the Ring movie series. Elijah is currently working on The Hobbit: Part 1 and 2 and as a voice in TRON: Uprising.

IMTA's Carissa Lamb Signs with Wilhelmina!

New York 2010 alum Carissa Lamb from IMD signed with the iconic modeling agency Wilhelmina after competing at IMTA. Carissa will be returning to the IMTA New York Convention this year to help give out Awards. In an interview with Madison Plus, Carissa said:

Q: "Why plus size modeling? What are you learning about the plus industry?

A: Because every shape, size and color is beautiful! I like that plus size promotes healthy and happy. I enjoy that I can be who I’M meant to be, healthy, and happy, without starving myself, and enjoying life to the fullest! I’m learning that everyone is very nice, it doesn’t seem like such a competition with all the girls. We are truly happy for someone else if they get a job. This is just the beginning, being the youngest to sign at Wilhelmina Curve in three years…I am so looking forward to working more.

Q: What does Madison Plus mean for you?

A: It really inspired me to have a big dream in modeling and seeing all the helpful pages and interviews with some great models. Madison Plus is amazing….I wish I lived in New York…maybe in the future!

Q: What keeps you coming back?

A: The photos, style ideas…seeing such diverse and interesting people who are happy with themselves inspires me…young and old can enjoy this site.
