Drew Tyler Bell is Awarded Daytime Emmy!

Drew Tyler Bell was awarded the Daytime Emmy for his role as Thomas Forrester in the daytime drama The Bold and the Beautiful. Drew has been on The Bold and the Beautiful for seven years! Drew attended IMTA in Los Angeles in 2001 where he competed in acting and modeling competitions and even made it to the talent showcase with his dance performance. He attracted a lot of agency interest and signed and moved to L.A.

Drew Tyler Bell has guest-starred on the CW's 90210 and ABC Family's series The Middleman! Drew has appeared in the feature films The Seeker: The Dark is Rising, Jeepers Creepers II and Her Best Move. He was also part of the cast of the hit Broadway show Spring Awakenings for a limited engagement.

Drew Bell Nominated for a Daytime Emmy!

Congratulations to Drew Tyler Bell for his nomination for a Daytime Emmy Award!

Drew has been nominated for the 'Best Young Actor' award for his role on the popular daytime Soap Opera the The Bold and the Beautiful.

Drew first showed his talents at IMTA in Los Angeles in 2001. Drew competed in acting and modeling competitions and even made it to the talent showcase with his dance performance. He attracted a lot of agency interest and signed and moved to L.A. He booked the television series Jake 2.0, the feature film Jeepers Creepers 2 and the independent feature film State's Evidence before becoming the Emmy-nominated character in The Bold & The Beautiful.

Drew Bell on CSI: Miami!

Did you catch CSI: Miami last night? Drew Bell guest-starred as Steve Emerson in the CBS hit crime drama series in the episode titled "Collateral Damage." Drew was amazing as a surviving but injured member of the seemingly normal family that is targeted by terrorists in a Miami restaurant. You can see the explosive opening scene above!

IMTA INSIDER INFO: Last week's all-new CSI: Miami "Dead on Arrival" guest-starred another IMTA alum, Adrianne Palicki! It was the ratings leader for the primetime slot!

Drew competed at IMTA in Los Angeles in 2001 where he was seen and scouted by many agents and mangers who were impressed with his acting, dancing and modeling potential. Drew Tyler Bell plays Thomas Forrester on the daytime drama The Bold & The Beautiful. Drew has been a recurring character since 2004. You may have also seeen Drew guest-starring on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation recently. He played the role of Max Stanton in the episode "Deep Fried and Minty Fresh" which aired first aired in February, 2009. Drew also guest-starred as Charlie on an episode of another IMTA alum's hit show...Eva Longoria's Desperate Housewives! Drew appeared on the new 90210 in the episode titled "The Bubble." Drew made his Broadway debut in the Tony Award-Winning Best Musical hit Spring Awakening in 2007.

IMTA alumni on The Bold & The Beautiful!


Check out this amazing scene from The Bold and The Beautiful. It features not one but TWO IMTA alumni-Drew Tyler Bell and Kyle Lowder! This excerpt titled "Intervention" is one of the featured webclips on CBS' official site for the popular daytime drama...be sure to watch the clip till the end...it packs quite a punch!

Drew Tyler Bell plays Thomas Forrester, the teenage son of Ridge Forrester and Taylor Hayes Forrester. Drew has been a recurring character since 2004. You may have seen Drew guest-starring on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation recently. He played the role of Max Stanton in the episode "Deep Fried and Minty Fresh" which aired first aired in February, 2009. Drew also guest-starred as Charlie on an episode of another IMTA alum's hit show...Eva Longoria's Desperate Housewives! He also guest-starred on 90210 this fall in "The Bubble." Drew competed at IMTA in Los Angeles in 2001.



Kyle Lowder plays Rick Forrester, the son of Brooke Logan and Eric Forrester. Kyle joined the cast in 2007. Prior to the role of Rick, Kyle received an Emmy® nomination for his role as Brady Black on Days of Our Lives. Kyle is also a very talented classically trained singer. The Bold & The Beautiful IMTA news!





IMTA alum Drew Tyler Bell is reprising his role as Thomas Forrester on The Bold & The Beautiful! He is guest-starring in three very special episodes and fans are clamoring for more! Drew competed at IMTA in Los Angeles in 2001. Drew competed in acting and modeling competitions and even made it to the talent showcase with his dance performance. He attracted a lot of agency interest and signed and moved to L.A.

Drew Tyler Bell has also guest-starred on CW's 90210 and ABC Family's series The Middleman! Drew has appeared in the feature films The Seeker: The Dark is Rising and Her Best Move. He was also part of the cast of the hit Broadway show Spring Awakenings for a limited engagement.

The Bold & The Beautiful has another IMTA alumni who is a series regular. Kyle Lowder plays Rick and his storyline is the dominant plot point right now! His character has been injured and is possibly paralyzed.

Kyle joined the cast of the hit daytime drama The Bold & The Beautiful in 2007! Playing Rick Forrester, Kyle is actually resuming a role that was originally played by another IMTA alum, Justin Torkildsen who played the character for four years. Kyle competed at IMTA and won Male Model of the Year and Most Sought After in 2000. He made a huge impression at IMTA and was considered a " triple threat" because of his abilities in modeling, acting and singing.

Drew Tyler Bell is a Presenter at the 35th International Awards Gala!

The handsome and talented Drew Tyler Bell is presenting an award tonight at The International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Emmy Awards Gala. This prestigious event will take place the New York Hilton Grand Ballroom in New York City, the same place where IMTA holds its annual convention!! Former Vice President Al Gore will be receiving a special achievement awards. Some of presenters include Sam Waterston, Lorraine Bracco, Alan Cumming, Gloria Reuben, Eric Bogosian, Rob Morrow, and George Wendt. The International Emmy Academy recognizes the leaders in television programming on an international level which includes the largest organization of global broadcasters, including from more than 400 companies and members 70 countries.

Drew Tyler Bell is Broadway Bound!




IMTA alum Drew Tyler Bell is joining the cast of the smash Broadway musical Spring Awakenings! The ground-breaking musical hit won the 2007 Tony Award for Best Musical. The reviews for this show are amazing! "Once in a generation a musical comes along that changes everything," says John Heilpern for the New York Observer.
