INCREASE INTERNET SPEED CHANGING DNS  TO PUBLIC

INCREASE INTERNET SPEED CHANGING DNS  TO PUBLIC

When we connect with internet, our ISP gives us automatic IP and DNS address. DNS address used by our system to resolve domain name into IP address. DNS is so important part of our internet that we can’t imagine internet without it because it helps us to remember website addresses. Without DNS we need to remember IP address for each website and it will very difficult to remember. ISP DNS have some drawbacks like they can block websites, they can scan our queries and some more unusual activities. To solve all this problems we can use public DNS addresses and these are free to use and access. Most popular public DNS are Google DNS, Norton and OpenDNS. These are completely open to access and use without any limitations. Using public DNS we can increase our internet speed. I can’t say how much it will increase but definitely you will feel some improvements on your internet access. Finally all things are clear about DNS, now question is that how we can apply public DNS on our Windows system.

You have two methods to change your system DNS address. First is manually enter public DNS address on your internet connection properties. But for non technical user it is not an easy task.
