Lyndsy Fonseca in Nikita!


IMTA alum Lynsdy Fonseca is in the second season of her hit show Nikita! Lyndsy plays the spy Alex in this intriguing drama. Lyndsy's horror film The Ward was recently released and she plays Iris is this creepy new film.


Lyndsy competed at IMTA in 2003, she won 2nd Runner up for Young Miss Dancer of the Year and Honorable Mention Young Miss Talent of the Year! Lyndsy has starred in the feature films Hot Tub Time Machine, Fort McCoy, The Ward and Kick Ass. She is currently working on the action sequel Kick-Ass 2: Balls to the Wall.

Lyndsy Fonseca Photoshoot with Tyler Shields!

IMTA alum Lyndsy Fonseca gracefully danced during her recent photo shoot Tyler Shields shot in the desert and wind turbines. Shields described the shoot saying, “Lyndsy Fonseca and I went out into 70 mile an hour wind for this shoot. We both left beaten up she was bruised and bleeding but man did we have fun!”
When Lyndsy competed at IMTA in 2003, she won 2nd Runner up for Young Miss Dancer of the Year and Honorable Mention Young Miss Talent of the Year! Lyndsy has starred in the feature films Hot Tub Time Machine, Fort McCoy, The Ward and Kick Ass. IMTA Alumni Make Maxim Magazine's Hot List!

Check out the three IMTA stars who made Maxim's Hot List 2011! Lyndsy Fonseca, Ashley Greene and Lauren Storm each earned a spot on the list that honor the most beautiful women in the world! Previous IMTA alumni featured on Maxim's Hot List include Katie Holmes, Jessica Biel, Adrianne Palicki, Eva Longoria and Jessica White.
When Lyndsy competed at IMTA in 2003, she won 2nd Runner up for Young Miss Dancer of the Year and Honorable Mention Young Miss Talent of the Year! Lyndsy recently starred in the feature films Hot Tub Time Machine and Kick Ass and is currently starring in the TV show Nikita. Lyndsy's currenty working on the action sequal Kick-Ass 2: Balls to the Wall.
After Lauren competed at IMTA in New York, she guest-starred in many television shows such as 7th Heaven with IMTA alum Jessica Biel, CSI:Miami and 24. She is best known for her continuing role as Taylor Hagan in the NBC's Discovery Channel hit series Flight 29 Down, which also stars another IMTA alum Jeremey Kissner. Lauren is in post production on the film Munger Road.
Ashley competed at IMTA in 2004! She has been cast in numerous roles since IMTA, including the popular Twilight Saga as Alice Cullen. Ashley's other movie credits include Summer's Blood, Shrink, Otis and Radio Free Albemuth. Ashley is currently working on many new films including Butter, LOL, A Warrior's Heart, The Apparition and The Boom Boom Room. Ashley is currently on post production on The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn- Part 1, due in theaters November 18, 2011 and The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn- Part 2 due for release November 2012.

Lyndsy Fonseca in Nikita Tonight!

The new CW primetime series Nikita starring IMTA alum Lyndsy Fonseca is premiering tonight!! Lyndsy plays Alex, a new recruit to the secret U.S. agency known only as the Division.


Lyndsy competed at IMTA in 2003 where she won 2nd Runner up for Young Miss Dancer of the Year and Honorable Mention Young Miss Talent of the Year. Lyndsy recently starred in the feature films Hot Tub Time Machine and Kick Ass. A new Kick Ass movie is currently in the works and Lyndsy will reprise her starring role. Lyndsy also guest-starred on Desperate Housewives from 2007 to 2009 (with fellow IMTA alum Eva Longoria!).

Four IMTA Beauties make Maxim Magazine's Hot List!

Lauren Storm, Lyndsey Fonseca, Jessica Biel and Ashley Greene all were honored on Maxim Magazine's top 100 hottest!

Ashley recently was on the cover of Maxim magazine. She is currently appearing in the smash box office hit The Twilight Saga: New Moon! Ashley stars as Alice Cullen, the cute quirky vampire sister of Edward who has the special gift of seeing glimpses of the future. Ashley also starred as Alice in the first hit movie Twilight!
Lyndsy competed at IMTA in 2003 where she won 2nd Runner up for Young Miss Dancer of the Year and Honorable Mention Young Miss Talent of the Year. Lyndsy Fonseca recently starred in two movies Hot Tub Time Machine and Kick Ass.

IMTA alum '94 and superstar Jessica Biel's feature film The A Team is due in theaters on June 11. Jessica's big-screen treatment of the 1980’s hit TV series The A-Team is about a group of Iraq War veterans who want to clear their name with the U.S. military. In this action adventure film Jessica will portray Capt. Charisa Sosa.
After Lauren competed at IMTA in New York, she guest-starred in many television shows such as:7th Heaven with IMTA alum Jessica Biel, CSI:Miami and 24. IMTA Alum Lyndsy Fonseca's Kick Ass Dominates!

IMTA alum Lyndsy Fonseca's film Kick Ass dominated at the box office this weekend. According to EW: " Lionsgate’s Kick-Ass grossed an estimated $19.75 million for a second place spot. (With estimates showing spots one and two separated by a remarkably small $250,000, Monday’s final results may give us a different outcome.) In 3,065 theaters, Kick-Ass averaged $6,445, not a bad debut for a film that only cost $28 million to make". Lyndsy plays Katie Deauxman in this funny film about superheros.
Lyndsy competed at IMTA in 2003 where she won 2nd Runner up for Young Miss Dancer of the Year and Honorable Mention Young Miss Talent of the Year. Check out Lyndsy Fonseca in the hysterical new movie Hot Tub Time Machine also in theaters now!

Grab some popcorn it's a double feature with IMTA Alumni!



Two IMTA alum have feature films in wide-release this weekend! If you are looking for a good movie, consider catching Moises Arias' THE PERFECT GAME or Lyndsy Fonseca in KICKASS!

Moises (IMTA 2005) stars in this film which is set 1957 and is about a poor group of kids from Monterrey, Mexico who shocked the world by winning 13 games in a row and the Little League World Series in the only perfect game ever pitched in the Championship. This movie is finally enjoying the much-anticipated release in the United States. You may know Moises from his role as Rico in the Disney hit television series, HANNAH MONTANA. Since competing in IMTA, Moises has been one of young Hollywood's most-sought after young actors.

IMTA alum Lyndsy Fonseca in Hot Tub Time Machine in Theaters Now



Check out Lyndsy Fonseca IMTA'03 in this hysterical new movie Hot Tub Time Machine! This film is a comedy about time traveling and Lyndsy plays Jennie. Lyndsy has another movie, Kick Ass coming out in theaters nationwide on April 10, 2010.Lyndsy competed at IMTA in 2003 where she won 2nd Runner up for Young Miss Dancer of the Year and Honorable Mention Young Miss Talent of the Year. Lyndsy Fonseca Update!

IMTA alum Lyndsy Fonseca has a whole bunch of new projects coming up!!! According to THR: "the cast of Nikita is adding another assassin in BSC favorite Lyndsy Fonseca. Last year we told you that the former The Young and The Restless star would be making her back to Wisteria Lane, and with her joining Nikita, CW just made the show that much more watchable. Fonseca will play another assassin-in-training, a girl from a deprived background. She’s also slated to be Kick-Ass (as Katie Deauxma). "

Mika Boorem and Lyndsy Fonseca filming The Ward



Two IMTA alums Mika Boorem and Lyndsy Fonseca are currently filming the horror thriller movie The Ward. The story is about a young women who is in a mental institution where she is being haunted by a ghost! Lyndsy plays Iris in this scary movie and Mika portrays Alice and the film is being directed by John Carpenter.

Since attending IMTA in New York in 1994, Mika has guest starred on various television shows including House, The Ghost Whisperer, The Initiation of Sarah, The Drew Carey Show, Ally McBeal, Touched By An Angel, and Dawson's Creek. She has received two nominations for a Young Artist Award for her roles in the Christmas movie, Jack Frost and the blockbuster movie The Patriot with Mel Gibson. Lyndsy competed at IMTA in 2003 where she won Honorable Mention for Young Miss Talent of the Year and 2nd Runner up for Young Miss Dancer of the Year. At the convention, she signed with an agent and manager and moved to Los Angeles for her first pilot season at age 13. Since then she has starred in the hit show with fellow IMTA alum Eva Longoria Desperate Housewives! Her other various projects include: Heroes, Close to Home, The Beautiful Ordinary, How I Met Your Mother, Phil of the Future, Big Love, Intellectual Property, Waterfront, Cyber Seduction, I Do, They Don't, Malcolm in the Middle and Boston Public and Remember the Daze. Lyndsy's film Fort McCoy is scheduled for release on September 10!

Lyndsy Fonseca Update!

IMTA alumni Lyndsy Fonseca is in post-production on the new Nicholas Cage feature film. Lyndsy plays Katie Deauxma, in a story about a high school student who decides to become a superhero. The Hollywood Reporter recently reported, "In other pilot castings, Lyndsy Fonseca and Faith Ford have been tapped as leads on CBS' comedy pilot The Fish Tank. Sony's Fish Tank centers on Fish (Drake Bell), a teen living alone in his family's house. Fonseca (Desperate Housewives) will play his girlfriend. Ford will play his best friend's mom." Lyndsy just finished filming Fort McCoy where she plays Anna Gerkey. This film is scheduled for release in September.

Lyndsy also shot several national commercials and starred in the film Remember the Daze. She starred in the hit show with fellow IMTA alum Eva Longoria Desperate Housewives! Lyndsy just finished filming the drama Austin Golden Hour. Faith Ford has been a special guest speaker and Award's presenter at IMTA since the 1990's.

Desperate Housewives Season 4 out on DVD!


Desperate Housewives Season 4 starring IMTA alum Eva Longoria is available now on DVD! Eva plays the stunning ex-model Gabrielle Solis on this popular dramedy! Season 4 also stars IMTA alum Lyndsy Fonseca as Dylan Mayfair. Other IMTA alums who have appeared on the show include Tiffany Thornton!
Eva competed at IMTA in 1998 and had 38 agencies and managers interested in representing her! She signed with a manager she had met at the convention. Eva told Pageantry Magazine that “The first day they signed me I had four auditions...It was pretty fast.” She quickly moved to Los Angeles and landed guest-starring roles on Beverly Hills 90210, General Hospital, The Bold and the Beautiful and The Young and the Restless. In 2003, she took a role as a detective in a TV remake LA Dragnet and made her big-screen film debut in Carlita’s Secret. Eva starred in the films Harsh Times, and The Sentinel. Eva's breakthrough role is as the beautiful Gabrielle Solis on the award-winning Desperate Housewives on ABC!

Lyndsy Fonseca filming Fort McCoy!

Lyndsy Fonseca is currently filming the dramatic film Fort McCoy. She stars as Anna alongside Eric Stoltz and Camryn Manheim. This movie is based on the real-life story of actress/writer Kate Connor’s own mother and is being directed by Michael Worth. The story revolves around the Stirn family who lived in a cabin in Wisconsin near an army base and a Prisoner of War camp during World War II. Lyndsy competed at IMTA in 2003 where she won Honorable Mention for Young Miss Talent of the Year and 2nd Runner up for Young Miss Dancer of the Year. At the convention, she signed with an agent and manager and moved to Los Angeles for her first pilot season at age 13. The following year, at 14, Lyndsy booked a three year contract as Colleen on The Young and the Restless. When the contract ended she worked on various projects such as: Heroes, Close to Home, The Beautiful Ordinary, How I Met Your Mother, Phil of the Future, Big Love, Intellectual Property, Waterfront, Cyber Seduction, I Do, They Don't, Malcolm in the Middle and Boston Public. Lyndsy also shot several national commercials and starred in the film Remember the Daze. She starred in the hit show with fellow IMTA alum Eva Longoria Desperate Housewives! Lyndsy Fonseca on How I Met Your Mother Tonight!

Lyndsy Fonseca is on How I Met Your Mother tonight on CBS in an episode called "Monday Night Football"!! The show is about friends who are reminiscing about how they met their spouses and Lyndsy plays the daughter of two of the lead characters in this televsision comedy. Lyndsy just finished filming the drama The Austin Golden Hour.

Lyndsy competed at IMTA in 2003 where she won Honorable Mention for Young Miss Talent of the Year and 2nd Runner up for Young Miss Dancer of the Year. At the convention, she signed with an agent and manager and moved to Los Angeles for her first pilot season at age 13. The following year, at 14, Lyndsy booked a three year contract for the role of Colleen on The Young and the Restless.

In an interview with IMTA , Lyndsy said, "IMTA was a lot of fun. It's how I imagine college might be - where you room with a bunch of other girls and then go off to classes together. Only one year after IMTA, I was offered a contract with Y&R!" When the contract ended Lyndsy worked on various projects such as: Heroes, Close to Home, The Beautiful Ordinary, How I Met Your Mother, Phil of the Future, Big Love, Intellectual Property, Waterfront, Cyber Seduction, I Do, They Don't, Malcolm in the Middle and Boston Public. They're Back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Eva Longoria and Lyndsy Fonseca are back for a much-anticipated new episode of the hit dramedy Desperate Housewives. Eva's character Gabrielle Solis is in an interesting predicament as always. Her husband was killed in the tornado last season and her ex-husband, who she still loves, is blind. Lyndsy's character Dylan Mayfair just read vital information from a note her dead aunt wrote which her mother thought she had destroyed. We cannot wait for this episode to air this Sunday April 13 on ABC!!

She just recently wrapped the movie Remember the Daze ( see Friday April 11 post) and she starred on the hot comedy How I Met Your Mother as the Daughter.

The movie is about teenagers on their last day of high school in suburbia in 1999. The film is very critically acclaimed and was an official selection of the 2007 Los Angeles Film Festival. Lydnsy Fonseca on Desperate Housewives with Eva Longoria!!


We have been waiting all summer and it is almost time for.... Desperate Housewives Season Four to start. Tune into ABC this Sunday, September 30 to catch one IMTA's superstars, Eva Longoria in her smash hit show Desperate Housewives. The name of the first episode is called Now You Know and it's about one neighbor's demise and new neighbors arriving! And guess who plays the daughter of the new family??? Another hugely talented IMTA star Lyndsy Fonseca!!

In the ongoing dramedy, Lyndsy plays Dylan Mayfair, the daughter of Dana Delaney's character, who is moving back to Wisteria Lane with her younger husband. To make things extra-mysterious, Lyndsy's character has no recollection of living there and it's due to a startling secret that will unfold this season.
