Top 10 Best Soccer Goals – [VIDEOS]

Soccer fans or Football fans everywhere are rooting for the best teams in the world, where they get to see the action at every run, toss, or kick towards the goal. However, what do you consider being the best goals you have seen? Is it with the angular kick that makes the curve to the goal? Or are you more excited with the team combination created to make that mark and reach the goal? Whatever it is that you think is the best, here are the top 10 soccer goals that you can feast your eyes on.

10. Marco Van Basten

One of Van Basten’s greatest goals was when Holland fought against the USSR in June 25, 1988. It was never even thought that a high kick ending on a point close to the farther section of the goal area would still finish a nice drive from him.

9. Charles Edouard Coridon

It can be understood that a side scissor kick can be used for fun. But in kicking for a goal? His kick done in this fashion was perfectly unpredictable, even unexpected.

8. Ronaldo “Ronaldhino” de Assis Moreira

When you pass the ball and it’s on your turf alone, the only thing you can really do is catch it and kick it. Ronaldhino was able to do this well with a chest catch and a scissor kick afterwards, all made in a seemingly impossible manner.

7. Zinedine Zidane

Perhaps this is one of the best goals that can be scored in one of the best games ever, even in a most exciting and exhilarating Champion’s League Final 2002. Zidane has been passed the ball and he makes a perfect kick for the goal!

6. Lionel Messi

This particular goal was a fight to the finish. He was defending and rushing to the goal, without braking and even makes a dashing kick on the danger zone of the goal…

5. Zlatan Ibrahimovic

After a bump and save on the ball, he had to run to the goal. The amazing part? Well, he had to do three fakes, which actually fooled the camera operator twice, defending himself against four players. His defense and power control is just perfect!

4. George Best

George Best was unstoppable when he played against the San Jose Earthquakes in 1981. As he had the ball, the guard, the defense, and the kill was set on to him. He had to pass over five players, kicking the ball in and out, and finally kicks for the win, just in time when a player from behind sneaks that steal.

3. Ronaldo Luís Nazário de Lima

He may be tripped a bit, but it was never enough to lose his fighting spirit. His go for the goal was so fierce that five players and a goalkeeper was never sufficient to stop him from making that kick and score!

2. Roberto Carlos

As Roberto Carlos played for Real Madrid and fighting against Tenerife for the win in 1998, he scored a close-to-impossible goal where he caught up with the ball, kicked it from the edge of the court, and ended up curling inwards the goal.

1. Roberto Carlos

Even though this may be just a penalty kick against France in 1997, this is one kick that you will not believe your eyes! Noting that gravity is almost defied on this one, where the ball hurls with the wind, inwards the net at fast speed, avoiding all obstacles.
